Please contact us.     How long does it take to register a domain, and to web the hosting package ?     The duration varies and may take around 24 to 48 hours. This process is beyond our control. We have seen instances where it took around 7 days.     Can I have more than 1 domain on my website hosting account ?     Yes, you can have as many domains as you like mapped to your hosting account, however, please note that you will only have one web space that all the domains 'point to'.     Are your servers reliable ?     Yes very reliable. We have 99.9% Uptime servers.     Can I terminate my account ?     Yes you can. Please contact us to do so. However in the event an account is terminated, please be aware that all data will be lost. No refunds will be given within the contract period.     Do I have full control ?     Yes you are free to make any changes you want, you have total control via your advanced control panel.     I notice you are based in the UK, I am in Australia, will this make any difference to the service you are offering ?     Absolutely not. As the entire service is operated online, geographical location is not important.     Can you build my website ?     Yes.
