Recently 9y1.net domain was stolen from my GoDaddy account.

GoDaddy takes no action to investigate this fraud.

I believe GoDaddy staff are involve on this theft because:

  • GoDaddy mentioned to me about a third party purchase agreements, but no proof given.

  • GoDaddy policies favour to justify such theft (4. ACCOUNT SECURITY.)

  • Only GoDaddy has my account details

Go to whois and find the thief as below:

Kirill Nikonov
Shkolnaya, 53A - 41
Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsky krai 660077
Russian Federation
knikonov_ebay@mail.ru

I own the above domain (9y1.net, PR1) and can prove using eBay and Paypal  transactions.
My GoDaddy account customer number is 19969584

On 06 June 2008 01:17, I received an email alert saying this domain has been transferred.

I contacted the contact email address and enquired about this theft.

"Kirill" replied that he bought on the same day from a Russian network and gave following links
http://domenforum.net/showthread.php?t=47060   (yahoo warns this website as dangerous)
http://arbitrage.webmoney.ru/asp/claims.asp?wmid=253553636501   (payment)

There is no proof of any financial transaction or any conversation between myself and "Kirill" prior to this theft, because such things never happened.

Godaddy is reluctant to cancel this transfer and advised me to get assistant from you. (http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm)
